Research, Assurance and Feasibility – flat rate per report or plan based on conducting primary and secondary research, documenting the results, and preparing a report with recommendations based on the research and analysis of the research;
Training, Consulting and Strategy Transformation – helping you improve your organization through development and deployment of objectives, policies, training, structures and processes – flat rate or day rate
Turnaround, Crisis and General Management – acting as a member of your management/executive team in order to drive results through the organization and/or handle a certain situation – base rate plus performance bonus; this includes acting as VP Sales, General Manager, VP Operations, CIO, CEO, Economic Development Officer, etc
Negotiation and Commitment Management – an IBA was done, and a deal is in place. Now you need to ensure that both sides keep up their ends of the deal in order to reap the benefits of the arrangement. We manage the process to ensure that commitment is managed and deals are kept up – monthly subscription rate plus performance bonus
